First verse from ShivaTaandav-Stotra. Some versions have “जटाकटाह----“ as the first verse, while some have this one. I have translated it.
By wearing long, hanging garland of snakes in the throat which has been purified by the flow of water (of Ganga River) dropping from the forest like matted hair, Lord Shiva performed fierce Taandav Dance, with the help of Damaru having the sound Damat-damat-damat-damat May that Taandav dance (or may Lord Shiva) do our welfare.
